These terms govern your use of Collence, an event management platform. By creating an account or registering for an event through Collence, you agree to them.

1. What Collence is

Collence provides tools for organizers to create events, sell tickets, check in attendees, and issue certificates. Events on Collence are run by their organizers, not by Collence — the organizer is responsible for their event actually happening as described.

2. Organizer accounts

• Subscription plans are billed as shown on our pricing page. Collence charges no per-ticket commission; ticket revenue collected through your own payment channels (GCash, bank transfer, cash) goes directly to you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your event pages, for honoring the tickets you sell, and for handling your attendees' personal data with care and only for purposes related to your event.
• You may not use Collence for unlawful events, scams, or misleading offers. We may suspend accounts that do.

3. Attendees and tickets

• When you register for an event, your agreement for the ticket purchase is with the event's organizer.
• Refunds are decided by the organizer, not by Collence. Please contact the organizer of your event for their refund policy.
• Your ticket QR code is personal — anyone holding it may be able to check in as you, so keep it private.

4. Payments

Online card and e-wallet payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. Manual payments (GCash, bank transfer, cash) are verified by the event's organizer. Collence provides the tools for this verification but does not hold or transfer the money between attendees and organizers.

5. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Collence reliable and your data backed up, but the platform is provided "as is" — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Collence is not liable for losses arising from an organizer's event (including cancellations or refund disputes) or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; significant changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Collence after a change means you accept the updated terms.
